We have accommodations to seat 100 guests in our dinning area.

All Catered meals come with your choice of (2) meats, (3) sides, choice of bread, tea, coffee, or water and our homemade BBQ sauce, disposable plates, eating utensils, napkins and serving utensils.

Catering Policies
Payments will be accepted with company check, credit card, cash or money order.
There will be a 15% Catering fee or $75.00 minimum. This will include 3 hour service time. (1 hour for set-up, 1 hour of serving and 1 hour for clean-up). Additional service times will be charged for periods longer than 3 hours at a rate of $25.00 per server per hour.
There will be an additional fee on all plates served that exceed 10% of the original quoted guest count.
All services outside of the Flagstaff area (25 mile radius) will be charged at the rate of $1.50 per mile.
Prices do not include applicable sales taxes.
